Supported Independent Living
Homes across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley.
Every home is built to feel like one. A consistent team. Dinner cooked from scratch. A daily rhythm that holds. The space matters less than what we do inside it.

What every home has
Your private space
We support each participant to create a safe, personal space that feels like their own. If setup support is needed, our team assists throughout the process.
Multiple living spaces
Kitchen, lounge, garden. Be together when you want to. Get some space when you need it.
A consistent team
Continuity is the most consistent thing we offer.
A daily rhythm
Meals together, routine, activity. The texture of a normal week.
Someone in the home, always
A support worker is in the house. Day, night, weekend, holiday.
Leadership on-site
Program Managers visit regularly and Team Leaders work onsite four days a week, attending appointments and meetings.
The homes we provide
Matched to needs, not numbered on a list.
Rather than a fixed list of houses, we focus on the type of home and support environment that fits each participant. Every home supports a maximum of three participants, with shared living spaces and a consistent team.
Support environment
Long-term SIL homes
Settled homes for adult participants where SIL is home. Built around routine, consistency, and supports that grow over time.
Support environment
More individualised support
Calm, structured homes for participants who benefit from a higher level of one-to-one support in a familiar setting.
Support environment
Steady, structured households
Small, established households shaped by predictable routines and a consistent team that knows each participant well.
Support environment
Matched to each participant
We consider the people already in a home, the support needs, and the goals of each participant before anyone moves in. The right match is what makes a placement hold.
Short-term stays
Short-Term Accommodation, for adults and for young people.
Alongside the SIL homes, we run STA placements through the same model: a small, consistent team, calm routine, leadership onsite.
For adults
A real break.
Weekend stays through to longer NDIS-funded breaks. Calm surroundings, no pressure, and the same continuity our SIL homes are built on.
For young people
Routine that holds the line.
Short stays that mirror home routines so stability isn't lost while the family takes a breath. The same care and discipline as our long-term SIL work.
Vacancies open across our homes.
Get in touch to discuss current availability and whether the home is the right fit for the participant you have in mind.
